Returning for an Exchange For security reasons we do not keep payment details once an order has been processed and despatched. A repeat postage charge is applicable to all exchanges; please either enclose a cheque for postage costs £3.95 standard delivery or £7.50 for next day delivery or we will need to contact you to gain card details, however if it is more convenient then please contact us on freephone 0800 0836418.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item we shall then proceed with the exchange

Christmas Returns Policy We appreciate that gifts are purchased a long time in advance of Christmas and because of this we offer an extended Christmas returns period.
The extended Christmas returns is applicable on all orders placed between 20th October 2008 and 23rd December 2008. We have extended our returns policy; all returned goods must be received by January 12th 2009
