All of our socks are entirely manufactured within the UK, using specialist skills and knitting techniques passed down through generations. To knit a sock involves several different processes, many of which are still done by hand.

In-house Design +

This sock is an original design by our team at The Shooting Sock Co. Our brand identity incorporates expert knitting techniques to produce texture, sublime colour harmonies which can be classic or contemporary and to create something which will add some stupendousness to your sock drawer.

Premium Yarns +

Our socks are knitted from a variety of yarns, all of which are selected for their performance.

We introduced The Tyberton Merino with a cushion foot due to the popularity of our Dinmore wool cushion foot socks. With 73% Merino wool it feels superbly soft and the 27% nylon offers great durability.

Available in Fig and also Prussian Blue, this is a great sock. Why not add a garter to complete the look?

The Tyberton Merino cushion foot sock is brand new for this year - we decided to introduce a Merino wool cushion foot sock based on the popularity of our Dinmore wool cushion foot socks. The Merino is superbly soft and is available in two soft, muted colours.

Please Take Good Care of Your Socks...

Take them on plenty of outings
Machine wash according to the guidelines below
At the end of the season store them in a moth free environment

For your convenience most of the socks in the range are machine washable (please check individual packaging/product details).

However, please follow our simple guidelines to ensure happy socks:

Turn the socks inside out before washing
Use a 40°C wool wash programme
Use a gentle spin programme
Use wool friendly detergent - avoid biological detergents and preferably non-bio's as even these can contain bleaching agents

Returns+

We hope that any product which is purchased through The Shooting Sock Co will meet your expectations. However, if you would like to return any items we will be happy to refund or exchange the product. We operate a 28 day return & exchange policy. For more information please see our Returns page.

All returns must be in their original condition with the labels attached and in the original packaging. Goods which are not returned in a saleable condition may be refused a refund or exchange.

We expect you to have kept the original packaging (including the postal box/bag) together with all labels. All products must be packaged in a protective outer.
