Our exclusive Big Bee Honeycomb sock is an adaptation of our popular honeycomb sock. The three-dimensional knit detail in this sock makes it a very popular "hand-knit" effect shooting sock.
The Big Bee honeycomb is a mature sock which will subtly enhance any shooting outfit; knitted from a hard-wearing Merino wool and acrylic blend the sock is beautifully soft.
The spruce leg is teamed with a blue mix and camel pattern which sits beautifully together. The deep rioja colour leg has a dark blue and emerald green turnover which sits well with a variety of tweeds.
This sock comes with its own matching garter tie.
Last season saw some strong vibrant colours added to our Big Bee sock and they certainly proved a success with the striking Kingfisher being your most in demand for this sock.
For 2024 we have decided to mellow those shades and we have taken a more tentative approach. The Big Bee returns in a classic Indigo (I love this shade of navy, it has so much more than a standard flat navy) and we have balanced it with toasted almond and cherry. Our second new "Big Bee" offers a more Autumnal feel with a Burnt Orange leg decorated with dark green spruce and deep russet pattern.
Take them on plenty of outings Machine wash according to the guidelines below At the end of the season store them in a moth free environment
For your convenience most of the socks in the range are machine washable (please check individual packaging/product details).
However, please follow our simple guidelines to ensure happy socks:
Turn the socks inside out before washing Use a 40°C wool wash programme Use a gentle spin programme Use wool friendly detergent - avoid biological detergents and preferably non-bio's as even these can contain bleaching agents

All returns must be in their original condition with the labels attached and in the original packaging. Goods which are not returned in a saleable condition may be refused a refund or exchange.
We expect you to have kept the original packaging (including the postal box/bag) together with all labels. All products must be packaged in a protective outer.
