UK Standard Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the next working day. We will provide tracking information so you can track the progress of your delivery.
Orders placed after 1.00pm on a Friday, will be processed on Monday. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. Orders placed on a UK bank holiday will be processed the next working day.
Please be aware that during seasonal peaks, dispatch times may take a little longer; delivery can take up to 10 working days.
UK Express Delivery Services
Express delivery orders must be placed before 2pm on the preceding working day. We will provide tracking information so you can track the progress of your delivery.

We are able to offer delivery on Saturday or Sunday. Orders must be received before 1pm the preceding Friday. We will provide tracking information so you can track the progress of your delivery.
Orders submitted after 1:00 pm on Fridays will be processed on the subsequent Monday, with delivery scheduled for the following weekend. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following weekend.

Delivery Services to Europe & Rest of the World
We ship worldwide with DHL, in most cases your delivery should arrive within 2-5 days of placing your order. Shipping costs starting from £20 to Europe and £25 to the rest of the world. Our website will automatically calculate the exact shipping cost based on your order size and location.
Our products are sold on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning that any additional taxes, fees, or import charges imposed by your country are your responsibility. These charges vary depending on local regulations, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
If import duties or taxes are not paid, your package may be returned to us or destroyed. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for orders that are not returned. In cases where an order is returned, refunds will be issued minus any costs incurred during the return shipping process.
