Childrens Shooting Socks

One of the challenges we have come across over the years is that awkward in-between stage, when children have outgrown their junior shooting socks but aren't quite ready for the adult versions. We have heard from plenty of parents whose children found themselves caught between the two, particularly with our popular Lomond Shooting Socks. So, for 2026, we are delighted to introduce the new Lomond Youth, designed specifically with older children and growing teenagers in mind. With a longer leg length to accommodate those inevitable growth spurts, it bridges the gap between the Junior Lomond and the adult design. It is a relatively simple addition to our collection, but one we hope will make a real difference to families who have struggled to find the right fit.

As with all our collections, our children's shooting socks are proudly knitted in Britain, working with specialist manufacturers who understand the importance of comfort, fit and durability. We know that children's socks need to stand up to plenty of wear, whether that means a long day in wellingtons, walking through muddy fields or running around outdoors. We also know that youngsters enjoy choosing their own colours and feeling just as smart as the adults. From the smaller junior sizes through to our new Youth range and eventually the adult collection, we now have something for everyone, whatever their age or stage of growing up. It is lovely to see the next generation enjoying the countryside, and we are pleased to help keep their feet comfortable along the way.
