Description

When designing the Eastnor shooting sock, I wanted to create something that blends classic style with modern performance. The elegant herringbone pattern on the contrast turnover, in navy and camel, reflects the timeless look I love.

I chose the merino wool and acrylic for comfort and durability, while reinforcing the foot and heel with nylon to ensure these socks stand up to the demands of shooting. The traditional 4 x 2 rib gives a comfortable fit that stays in place throughout the day.

Available in sizes 5.5 to 14.5, each pair comes with matching camel and navy garter ties to keep your socks neat and secure. The Eastnor is a design born from my passion for quality, heritage, and careful craftsmanship here in the UK.

Delivery & Returns

Our socks are knitted from a variety of yarns, all of which are selected for their performance.

A Merino wool and acrylic blend is an ideal yarn choice for shooting socks, combining the best of both fibres. Merino wool offers excellent warmth, breathability, and natural moisture-wicking properties, keeping feet dry and comfortable during long days. The addition of acrylic enhances durability and elasticity, helping the socks maintain their shape and resist wear over time. Using Italian spun premium yarn ensures a soft, high-quality finish with consistent strength, making these socks both luxurious and long-lasting for all your adventures in the field.

For your convenience most of the socks in the range are machine washable (please check individual packaging/product details).

However, please follow our simple guidelines to ensure happy socks:

Turn the socks inside out before washing
Use wool friendly detergent - avoid biological detergents and preferably non-bio's as even these can contain bleaching agents
Use a 30°C wool wash programme
Use a gentle spin programme; 600 rpm or less, is ideal.
Dry flat after washing

Delivery

UK standard delivery is free on orders over £50 and usually takes 3-5 working days. We also offer next-day (including 10:30am), Saturday, and Sunday delivery for UK addresses. Orders must be placed by 2pm the previous working day.

Christmas Returns:
We have extended our returns policy for Christmas 2025. Orders placed between 25th November 2025 and 22nd December 2025 can be returned to us up until 16th January 2026.
