Description
Make a bold impression with our Grand Merino Wool Shooting Sock in rich hunter green, beautifully accented by burgundy and sunflower hues knitted into a striking tri-colour geometric pattern.
Crafted with care in Great Britain from 90% Extra Fine Merino wool and 10% nylon, this premium, shrink-resistant sock delivers exceptional comfort, durability, and breathability for a full day in the field. Featuring a classic ribbed leg for a secure and stylish fit, the Grand comes in UK sizes 6 to 13.5.
Complete your traditional shooting attire by adding the optional sunflower garter tie, perfectly complementing the sock’s refined colour palette and timeless design.
Our socks are knitted from a variety of yarns, all of which are selected for their performance.
Merino wool is an excellent yarn choice for shooting socks thanks to its superior softness, breathability, and natural moisture-wicking abilities. It helps regulate temperature by keeping feet warm in cold conditions and cool when it’s warm, while effectively managing sweat to prevent discomfort. Merino wool is also naturally elastic and durable, providing a comfortable fit that holds up well to the rigours of long walks, making it perfect for high-performance socks.
