Description
Over the years we have been asked for a design better suited to long legs; for 2023 we have introduced a longer leg length in our very successful Harris sock. The Harris Extra Long Leg adds an additional 3" to the conventional Harris, banishing the "mind the gap" scenario that can sometimes occur between plus-twos and socks!
The Harris Extra Long Leg is knitted from a durable merino wool and acrylic blend; the sock is a one-piece construction with a classic ribbed leg and a neat cable knit pattern to the turnover. Available in two of our most popular colours, Spruce or Burgundy.
Our socks are knitted from a variety of yarns, all of which are selected for their performance.
A Merino wool and acrylic blend is an ideal yarn choice for shooting socks, combining the best of both fibres. Merino wool offers excellent warmth, breathability, and natural moisture-wicking properties, keeping feet dry and comfortable during long days. The addition of acrylic enhances durability and elasticity, helping the socks maintain their shape and resist wear over time. Using Italian spun premium yarn ensures a soft, high-quality finish with consistent strength, making these socks both luxurious and long-lasting for all your adventures in the field.
