Alongside these brighter shades, 2025 also revealed a growing appreciation for softer, more natural colours. Our Ashton in Truffle was a particular success, and it seemed only right to build on this for the new season. Truffle returns in several designs, including the Angus, Durlow and Lomond, whilst our more muted collection introduces a lovely selection of earthy shades, including Fern, Lichen and Pebble. These quieter tones have a warmth and softness that work effortlessly with traditional country clothing, offering an alternative for those who prefer a more understated look. I particularly enjoy the contrast between the two colour palettes within this year's collection, as both have their place in the field.
And there is still so much more to talk about! This season, we have introduced two new designs with a little extra length in mind. The Chessboard XL offers an additional three inches in leg length, making it an excellent choice for those who prefer a longer shooting sock. Available in Spruce with Mulberry and Navy with Ancient Blue, it combines a traditional patterned design with a more generous length. We are also delighted to introduce the Lomond Youth, designed specifically for that in-between stage when children are no longer little, but not quite ready for adult sizes either. With a longer leg length to accommodate those inevitable growth spurts, it offers a practical solution for growing young shots. From bold, expressive colours to beautifully muted country shades and thoughtful new designs, I hope you enjoy discovering our 2026 collection, proudly knitted in Britain, as much as I have enjoyed putting it together.
