I designed our Kynaston cotton shooting sock in Marine Leg with Moss Turnover because navy is always such a popular colour, and I wanted to create a design that combines this classic shade with a moss green turnover for a fresh, timeless look.
Made here in the UK, this two-tone sock features a deep marine base leg complemented by the moss turnover, plus an optional navy & spruce garter for that finishing touch.
I’ve chosen cotton for these socks because it’s allergy-friendly, soft against the skin, easy to wash, and breathable — perfect for keeping your feet cool and comfortable during long days outdoors. Cotton’s natural durability also means these socks stand up to the demands of shooting, making them a trusted choice across the shooting community.

For your convenience most of the socks in the range are machine washable (please check individual packaging/product details).
However, please follow our simple guidelines to ensure happy socks:
Turn the socks inside out before washing
Use wool friendly detergent - avoid biological detergents and preferably non-bio's as even these can contain bleaching agents
Use a 30°C wool wash programme
Use a gentle spin programme; 600 rpm or less, is ideal.
Dry flat after washing
