Proudly knitted in the UK from a high-quality blend of 80% Merino wool and 19% nylon, The Mordiford boasts a softer hand feel than its predecessor, while the carefully balanced nylon content adds strength and longevity without sacrificing comfort. The full cushion foot, designed with terry loop construction, ensures excellent insulation, maximum comfort, and durability to keep your feet warm and supported all day long.
Available in sizes 6 to 11.5, The Mordiford offers a reliable fit for a wide range of feet, combining traditional style with modern comfort and hardwearing performance. For added stay-put fit, an optional garter is available separately. We are confident that The Mordiford Oxford Navy will quickly become your go-to sock for every outdoor adventure.

For your convenience most of the socks in the range are machine washable (please check individual packaging/product details).
However, please follow our simple guidelines to ensure happy socks:
Turn the socks inside out before washing
Use wool friendly detergent - avoid biological detergents and preferably non-bio's as even these can contain bleaching agents
Use a 30°C wool wash programme
Use a gentle spin programme; 600 rpm or less, is ideal.
Dry flat after washing
